    Para poder gobernar hay que estar en contacto con la Sociedad, para eso necesitan unos Foros estructurados por temas, donde la Ciudadanía pueda poner quejas, denuncias, observaciones, agradecimientos, felicitaciones y el equipo de Atención a la Ciudadanía las conteste, alli mismo, en público.

    Asi se podrían presentar sugerencias para mejorar al PAN, a Aguascalientes y a México, hasta plantear una Mejora Factible para darle seguimiento hasta hacerla realidad.

    Primera sugerencia: apoyar la creación de grupos Scout, en parques, Iglesias, locales de acción comunitaria, para formar una juventud alejada de adicciones, y buenos ciudadanos.
